Amazing staff, amazing view from balcony, big and clean rooms, close to good restaurants and bars, cute hotel-dog.

Great mountains and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the amazing Xmas atmosphere with friends around a bonfire during a cold but starry night. The food and drinks offered at the restaurant were good and inexpensive, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel was located near the main road and only a short walk to Ella city center.

Our room was not clean enough, and we spotted a few bugs on the walls and under the bed. the shower didn’t work well despite the fact that we called maintenance several times.

We loved the hotel's location, close to pretty much everything. We could easily go to the town center and the train station by foot. Despite being very close to the center of town, it still managed to provide us with a quiet environment, away from the noise of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. Finally, the breakfast was delicious, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of Ella. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the main street but far enough to not hear any noise. You can easily walk to the city center and explore all the attractions. What really impressed me was the amazing view from the rooms on the very top floor. The large patio provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. And the best part? This breathtaking view came at the same price as the other rooms. It was a delightful surprise!

Being so close to everything is a plus, and guests can enjoy the quiet atmosphere. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with the option of western or Sri Lankan style cuisine. the observation balconies offer stunning views of the valley and surrounding nature, and the rooms are clean and basic.

The shower area could be improved, as mentioned by some guests in the reviews.

The view from the room was breathtaking, especially during the sunrise on New Year's Day. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to hiking trails and other popular attractions in the area.

Our room was not properly sealed, which allowed a number of insects to enter. We also noticed that the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked. Additionally, the breakfast area was a bit disorganized and understaffed, which made for a less-than-optimal experience.
